Ihre Aufgaben

• Planning and coordination of software quality assurance activities during development with regard to process and product maturity
• Pursuit of agreed quality targets and safeguarding of quality metrics
• Continuous improvement of processes according to the A-SPICE maturity model
• Quality assessment, consulting and reporting according to agreed criteria as well as communication to the teams and project management
• Moderation of process-related workshops and active participation in release, project and review meetings

Ihr Profil

• Completed technical studies in computer science or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of the implementation of maturity models required, ideally Automotive SPICE
• Experience with tools and processes of classic and agile software development, experience in SCRUM, SAFe or other agile frameworks
• Experience in the areas of static code analysis and coding guidelines desirable as well as experience with at least one programming language e.g. Java, C/C++, C# advantageous
• Confident appearance in complex environments and assertiveness
• Team orientation, strong communication skills and a solution- and process-oriented way of working
• Profound English skills and German knowledge
