- Design and implement AI agent workflows and customer advisory capabilities
- Develop and optimize LLM-based applications and RAG architectures
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI agent behavior
- Define and implement testing and quality assurance concepts for AI-driven interactions
- Support deployment and operationalization of AI solutions in production environments
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
- Drive the successful rollout of customer-facing Generative AI solutions
Profil
- Fluent in English and German language
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science
- Strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience designing and implementing AI agents and conversational AI solutions
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI workflow design
- Strong software engineering practices including Git and CI/CD
- Experience testing, validating, and monitoring AI applications
- Proven track record of bringing AI solutions from concept to production
