Ihre Aufgaben

  • Monitor A2F processes, undertaking trend and root-cause analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • At the time of a Launch, develop and revise procedures in consultation with business sub-process owners
  • Develop and revise process maps and RACIs as processes and procedures change
  • Identify opportunities for automation and simplification throughout the funding cycle; assess potential solutions; coordinate and support implementation
  • Consolidate the system knowledge, collect lessons learnt and provide recommendations for future improvements as enhancements or in a launch
  • Track current and propose future operational systems needs and provide assessment of resource needs and benefits
  • Lead the development of A2F business requirements/user stories; coordinate with IT on solutions development
  • Ensure smooth operations of the existing systems, within system design feasibility
  • Provide on-going operational and strategic suppor to business users to enable complete and on-time funding request and grant submission through the Grant Operating System
  • Develop change management plan and materials for process and systems changes to ensure a high level of user knowledge improvement is reached to reduce number of issues raised

Ihr Profil

  • University degree in finance, business administration, information technology, information management, engineering or other relevant area with strong quantitative component
  • Experience with business process analysis and improvement
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience coordinating between cross-divisional teams
  • Experience with functional design of IT solutions for business end-users
  • Experience in systems support for business end-users
  • Experience in establishing and managing productive partnershipsthrough strong interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy
  • Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Ability to generate reports and conduct analysis using data from central system
  • Solution-oriented root cause analysis, including the ability to create business-relevant appropriate and creative solutions
