- Ensure day-to-day reliable operation of clean utility systems to support manufacturing activities - Monitor system performance, review alarms and deviations, and coordinate timely resolution of issues
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational deviations
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality teams to optimize system performance
- Train production and maintenance staff in utility system operation and GMP requirements
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives related to clean utilities
Profil
- Degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
- Robust professional experience in clean utilities within GMP-regulated operations
- Strong knowledge of utility operation, maintenance, and monitoring in a manufacturing setting - Experience with deviation management, CAPA, and continuous improvement in utilities
- Excellent troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication skills
