Aufgaben

• Independent execution of projects in the Real Estate / Facility Management area
• Planning and implementation of refurbishment projects (offices, laboratories, and cleanrooms if applicable) in collaboration with external partners and planners
• Coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Cost planning, tracking, and budget control
• Supervision of refurbishment, maintenance, and modernization projects together with external planning firms
• Execution of tendering and awarding processes
• Close cooperation with and management of suppliers, including regular meetings
• Internal communication and reporting within the scope of projects
• Support of technical building services management regarding work phases, VOB regulations, warranty, and maintenance intervals

Profil

• Degree or equivalent qualification in construction, facility management, or technical building equipment
• Several years of project management experience
• Comprehensive understanding of trades such as electrical, IT, air conditioning, etc.
• Knowledge of work phases, VOB regulations, and tendering processes
• Proficient in MS Office, including Teams and SharePoint
• Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Strong self-organization, structured working style, team orientation, and resilience under pressure
• Enthusiasm for optimization and process structuring
• Willingness to work mostly on-site
