Global Market Manager (m|f|d)

ADA Cosmetics International produces high-quality cosmetic products for the international 3- to 5-star hotel industry. Our portfolio includes exclusive luxury brands, trendy lifestyle concepts, wellness-oriented care lines and certified natural cosmetics - and we are always coming up with new ideas. With 600 employees worldwide, we develop creative ideas, translate them into marketable concepts and set trends far beyond the hotel bathroom.

Your responsibilities: Key interface between sales and product/category management

Market Intelligence

  • Analysis and understanding of the global marketplace in terms of product- price- competition-innovation- and promotion
  • Researching, identifying, investigating, and evaluating needs of product or service

Go to Market Strategy

  • Define with Sales the commercial strategy and be the guardian of the global marketing strategy framework
  • Establish, manage, and monitor budget and spend within approved local communications budgets throughout the year
  • Drive sales through the development of promotional campaigns
  • Determine timeline for promotion launch according to global marketing strategy and market local needs
  • Provide feedback on local needs and gather input to determine the right quantities to order for each market
  • Prepare tenders & customer presentations
  • Conducting business analysis, monitoring markets, evaluating data, interpreting trends, identifying business opportunities

Continuous improvement

  • Manage, coordinate and monitor projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders through cross-functional, global teams
  • Continuously improve processes to increase responsiveness and communication flow between sell-in and sell-out

Your profile

  • Degree in Marketing & Communications
  • Minimum of 5 years' category management experience- Product Management or Sales B to B
  • Ability to lead assigned multi-functional project teams, manage conflict and achieve alignment
  • Conceptual, strategic, and analytical skills, ability to think abstractly and creatively
  • Hands-on mentality, good time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Good Pack Office Skills with focus on Excel & Power Point
  • Good technical understanding and high affinity for the market and customer group as well as the hospitality business
  • High level of self-motivation, results orientation, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent written and spoken English, German mandatory, French welcome
  • Willingness to relocate to the Franco-German border
