Aufgaben
- Drive the ongoing development of the site’s HSE strategy and continuously enhance health, safety, and environmental performance
- Lead the advancement of the Integrated Management System (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001), ensuring full compliance with corporate standards and applicable legal requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders, supporting inspections, audits, and certification processes
- Oversee risk assessments, environmental evaluations, and incident investigations, ensuring the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions
- Foster a strong and sustainable safety culture through targeted training, awareness initiatives, and close collaboration with managers and employees
- Develop, implement, and coordinate emergency response and crisis management processes, including the planning and execution of drills and exercises
- Ensure accurate and meaningful HSE reporting while actively contributing to global HSE initiatives and the sharing of best practices across the organization
Profil
- Qualification as an Occupational Safety and Health specialist (ASGS) or Occupational Safety and Health Expert (ASGS)
- Knowledge of Swiss legislation related to occupational health and safety, environmental management, and compliance
- Long-term experience in an HSE role within an industrial or logistics environment
- Solid experience in the implementation, continuous improvement, and auditing of management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Very good german and english language skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
- Resilient and collaborative personality with a high level of accountability, strong prioritization skills, and a genuine passion for safety culture and continuous improvement
