Aufgaben

• Prepare and execute reliability tests for semiconductor and integrated devices
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting
• Set up electrical test environments using mass production tester platforms
• Analyze and report on reliability and electrical test results
• Archive test hardware and software to ensure traceability
• Select hardware and components for test setups
• Ensure proper documentation and process monitoring

Profil

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Solid understanding of semiconductor products and integrated devices
• Experience in testing and reliability start-up procedures
• Hands-on experience with Altium Designer and PCB layout design
• Experience with structural analysis using Scanning Acoustic Tomography (SAT)
• Familiarity with bond analysis techniques such as Wire Bond Pull (WBP), Wire Bond Shear (WBS), and Die Shear
• Programming experience in LabView
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with industry standards, including AEC-Q100 and JESD-47L
