Aufgaben

• Definition of program scope, objectives, and success criteria
• Development of detailed project and test plans including timelines, milestones, and resources
• Time and capacity planning for all test participants
• Progress, risk, and dependency management including on-track monitoring
• Coordination and participation in CFT meetings and cross-team prioritization sessions
• Identification of required departments and resources (Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, etc.)
• Planning and coordination of hardware tests
• Ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment, and internal resources
• Continuous communication with all stakeholders and clarification of technical open points
• Preparation of test summaries, status reports, and management presentations
• Preparation for and support during program reviews

Profil

• Technical background (Mechanical Engineering or Systems Engineering)
• Experience in project management and test coordination
• Very good English skills (documents & meetings predominantly in English) – mandatory
• Experience working in cross-functional environments
• High level of proactivity, structured working style, and strong communication skills
• Experience in hardware test environments related to process engineering or chemical plant systems
• Understanding of test materials and lab logistics
• Proficiency in MS Office required
