Aufgaben

• Project management within the Risk & Compliance workstream
• Coordination of meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions
• Preparation of meeting minutes, action items, and decision logs
• Tracking of tasks, milestones, and overall progress
• Maintenance of project folders and document management
• Preparation of status and progress reports
• Support of stakeholder communication

Profil

• Experience in project management / PMO environments
• Structured and independent working style
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Experience with document management and status reporting
• Understanding of risk & compliance topics is an advantage
• Very good English skills
