Aufgaben

• Project Management for E-Invoice Implementation in different countries
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budget in collaboration with sponsors and cross-functional teams
• Lead project planning and execution using Corporate IT’s PM methodologies, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinate teams, provide guidance, and manage stakeholder communication across business and IT
• Prepare and deliver regular project reports, status updates, and decision templates to steering committees and management
• Advise the client in contracting third-party providers relevant to the implementation
• Identify and engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Resolve scope and delivery issues, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Monitor project outcomes and adapt plans as needed
• Manage cross-project initiatives and ensure optimal resource utilization
• Report progress and risks to project directors and decision-makers

Profil

• Proven experience in international project management, especially in complex IT rollouts involving multiple countries and stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly in finance and custom interface development
• Understanding of legal requirements for electronic invoicing across different jurisdictions and their impact on IT systems
• Successfully led at least one E-Invoicing implementation project, ideally using Edicom or a comparable solution
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners effectively
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, or Agile frameworks, and experience with PMO structures and reporting processes
