- Lead and manage a team of QA Project Managers, ensuring alignment with internal and external customer expectations
- Oversee quality deliverables during tech transfer, process validation, and production phases
- Act as escalation point for QA-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and compliance
- Support and guide the team in handling deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and regulatory matters
- Drive risk assessment and resolution processes, ensuring efficient and compliant outcomes
- Provide training, mentoring, and development in quality principles and regulatory standards
- Step in as QA Project Manager for client projects when needed
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Represent QA in cross-functional meetings and support audits (regulatory and customer)
- Collaborate with departments such as MSAT, Engineering, QC, Validation, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
Profil
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Solid experience in Quality Assurance within the life sciences industry
- Proven leadership experience managing direct reports
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and quality systems
- Experience in managing complex projects and customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Proficiency in QA tools, documentation systems, and data analysis
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous
- Experience in audit preparation and regulatory inspections is preferred
