Aufgaben

• Responsibility for non-conformity management within the production environment
• Processing and reducing an existing backlog of non-conformities
• Approval and inspection of hardware during the production process
• Analysis, evaluation, and development of sustainable solutions for quality deviations
• Coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production)
• Documentation and administrative tasks within quality management
• Organization and facilitation of review and decision-making processes (e.g., boards)

Profil

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field (Bachelor’s degree is sufficient)
• Professional experience in an industrial environment
• Initial experience in quality management, ideally in the field of non-conformity management
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a self-driven, independent way of working
• Languages: Fluent in English, German is an advantage
