- Test Concept Definition
- Develop and document a detailed testing strategy tailored to the complex migration from mainframe assembler applications to the target landscape on Java/SQL under Linux
- Test Execution Orchestration
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, developers, and project management teams
- Team Leadership and Development
- Quality Assurance Oversight
Profil
- Extensive experience in complex projects as a test manager
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, particularly in unit testing and functional testing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect easily with all project stakeholders
- Experience in Agile methodologies
