Aufgaben

• Own the ServiceNow platform roadmap and architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security in the OSS landscape
• Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and leads customizations, extensions, integrations, and CI/CD pipeline design in collaboration with Dev and Ops teams
• Establish and maintain platform governance, ensuring compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements
• Manage ServiceNow licensing, cost control, and optimization in collaboration with licence management
• Manage release and upgrade strategies and oversees all platform environments (DEV, TEST, PROD)
• Ensure stable platform operations through monitoring, troubleshooting, and system health management
• Oversee instance configurations, patches, clones, and data refreshes
• Design and maintain integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub) and platform automations
• Guide test automation (ATF) and ensure technical quality of all solutions
• Define role and access models and manages users and permissions
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and user satisfaction, driving continuous platform improvement
  

Profil

• Extensive ServiceNow architecture experience
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, data models, security, CI/CD and integrations
• Hands-on ServiceNow development skills (JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ATF)
• Experience in Telco/ OSS environments
• Knowledge of OMT, TNI, FSM or similar scalable systems is a strong advantage
