Aufgaben

• Create and maintain clear, structured documentation for the Codebeamer rollout and related ALM processes
• Document data models, workflows, governance principles, and requirements management concepts
• Develop user guides, work instructions, and reference materials in Confluence
• Prepare training and knowledge-transfer materials for different stakeholder groups
• Capture and maintain project decisions, requirements, and process documentation

Profil

• Experience in Technical Documentation, Requirements Engineering, or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Strong skills in Confluence, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear and user-friendly documentation
• Experience creating user guides, process documentation, and training materials
• Knowledge of Codebeamer and SysML is an advantage
• Fluent English and a structured, detail-oriented working style
