Aufgaben

• Define test concepts and test specifications for IBC modules in cooperation with the design and application team
• Develop innovative testing methods for high current testing and defect screening on IBC modules
• Design product specific test hardware for final test and develop test software (C#,C++,Python)
• Develop and execute complex test plans, test cases, and test scripts for IBC products, including characterization, validation, and verification of product functionality
• Analyze and troubleshoot test results, identifying and debugging issues and implementing corrective actions
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability and manufacturability of IBC products
• Identify and introduce improvement possibilities to realize test time and cost optimization
• Transfer test packages to our production sites
• Provide production ramp-up support and work on yield improvements/test setup optimization

Profil

• A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or comparable
• Comprehensive work experience in IBC module test within the semiconductor industry
• Expertise in IBC module testing with hands on lab experience is a must
• Solid skills in analog electronic circuits and coding (C#,C++,Python)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with industry-standard test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, signal generators
• Fluent English skill, German/Italian skills or willingness to learn it as advantageous
