Aufgaben

• Define and execute enterprise-wide automation testing strategy
• Lead automation transformation, including framework design, development, and maintenance for S4 HANA, Mobile, Web, and Delphi applications using Tricentis Tosca and AI-enabled tools
• Manage test automation planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and quality metrics
• Troubleshoot complex automation and framework issues and drive root cause analysis and resolution
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of automation engineers and test analysts
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and country teams to ensure quality delivery
• Drive automation governance, establish standards, best practices, and monitor KPIs
• Support resource planning and workload management
• Promote a culture of quality engineering and continuous improvement

Profil

• Profound knowledge of SAP S4 HANA End to End Test Automation and Quality Assurance processes
• In-depth experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation and AI-enabled testing tools
• Strong hands-on expertise with test management and defect tracking tools such as qTest, JIRA-Zephyr, and Opentext ALM
• Proven ability in creating and enhancing test automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of Web, API, Integration, and End-to-End automation testing methodologies
• Experience working within Agile delivery models and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team mentoring and resource planning
