Aufgaben

• Own and steer the Treasury & Risk product roadmap, ensuring continuity during the interim period
• Lead transformation delivery across SAP TRM, integration with legacy systems, legacy decommissioning
• Provide oversight to multi vendor teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and high quality execution
• Ensure service stability and project delivery, managing RAID items, cutover planning, and release readiness
• Engage senior Treasury, Risk, and IT stakeholders, acting as the primary decision maker and escalation point

Profil

• Experience in Treasury & Risk, or Finance Technology, ideally within a global enterprise.
• Hands on experience with SAP TRM and legacy-to-modern transformation Strong understanding of: SAP TRM e.g. Money Market, FX, Derivatives, Risk, Exposure, Credit / TMS/legacy platforms e.g. Quantum / SWIFT, 360T, Trading integrations / Risk and compliance tooling e.g. KYC, Counterparty Risk, Market Risk / Experience supporting complex transformation programmes and legacy-to-cloud/system migrations
• Consumer Goods and large enterprise transformation experience
• Proven leadership of cross functional and multi vendor delivery teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at executive level
• Ability to drive clarity, structure, and progress in high pressure environments
