Aufgaben

• Execution of the entire UX design process throughout the product lifecycle
• Discovery & Analysis: Clarifying requirements, formulating hypotheses, identifying user needs and pain points
• Concept & Interaction: Creating user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes (from low to high fidelity)
• Validation & Iteration: Preparing and conducting usability tests, deriving insights, and iteratively improving the designs
• Documentation & Handover: Documenting design decisions and handing over to development
• Ensuring quality and consistency by working with the design system and contributing to the further development of design system components and best practices
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, Research, Development, and stakeholders

Profil

• Solid experience in UX design with end-to-end responsibility (from discovery to handover
• Strong knowledge in user research, usability testing, and iterative design
• Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure)
• Experience working with design systems
• Ability to create information architecture, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams
• English proficiency (German skills are an advantage)
