We are looking for an intern who will support the Business & IT Excellence team for at least 6 months. In this role, you will be supporting the IT department that strives to build improved business capabilities for the Group, with your ability to narrate complex change management stories in a compelling and straightforward manner.

This internship will give you an overview of the Business Processes & Information Technology projects currently running in our Group, in the context of a business-strategic evolution. During your internship, you will have the possibility to learn and influence the way we monitor and communicate the work we do within the company, from collecting insights to integrating our KPIs with various tools and communication channels within our IT governance strategy.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning, execution, management, and communication of IT projects
• Support in the online, offline communication with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
• Learn to adopt a data-driven approach to collect insights and implement a fact-driven communication strategy
• Help in keep track of KPIs, prepare communication supports (posts, reels, stories, dashboards, engaging presentations), to report regularly on Business Processes & IT Strategy progress

Profile

• University student or degree in Economics, Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Curiosity about complex and dynamic business transformation processes
• Great capacity for content creation and communication management
• Creativity, passion about communication, technology, and sports
• Fluent English and Italian skills
