We are looking for a Junior Logistics Specialist for our central Logistic Department. As part of our global supply chain, you’ll collaborate in ensuring an effective, sustainable and cost-efficient logistics transportation flow.
In this role you will support the logistic office on daily operative tasks – planning and organizing inbound and outbound activities. You will collaborate with our logistic partners, monitor shipments and take care about the transport documentation.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all incoming and outgoing shipments - in line with company requirements
• Manage and collaborate with external logistic service providers and partners
• Monitor and coordinate daily inbound and outbound delivery activities
• Support the interaction between warehouse and transportation
• Preparation of import and export documentation
• Control logistic invoices and costs assignment
• Communicate to all relevant departments and stakeholders - in particular warehouse, purchasing, demand planning and customer service

Profile

• University degree in engineering / economics, or high school degree
• Experiences in logistics/warehouse or other backgrounds where careful planning and accurate execution are carried out are considered a plus
• Fluent in Italian and English, German is considered a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge and experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems are considered a plus
• Passion for complex and dynamic processes
• Customer-oriented, problem solving and communication skills
