Ihre Aufgaben

• Translate generalized customer business goals and objectives into concrete strategy and tactical plans
• Work closely with the Business/Program Sponsor and Executive Management to facilitate the project decisions necessary for program delivery
• Drive the project/program for the success
• Resolve resource, budgeting and change requests affecting the eCommerce/ERP program
• Oversee vendor/partner relations and procurement related to the program
• Propose and Draft project schedule, cut over plan for eCommerce/ERP rollouts
• Lead daily scrum, weekly status calls with partners, Business on delivery

Ihr Profil

• Minimum of 10 years project management experience with experience in large, complex projects and management of distributed project resource teams
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams within a formalized methodology
• Understanding of the strategic and operational issues of the eCommerce/ERP rollouts
• B.S. in Computer Science or Information System or related degree
• PMP® or Agile project management certification is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Team player, who seeks design feedback and engage in constructive discussions with your colleagues
• Ability to advise on complex matters to non-specialists
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English language, German is a benefit
