Senior Workday Analyst

The Senior Workday Analyst will be the technical partner to support our EAAA (Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia) region users in HR, IT and Finance. This role provides a strong partnership to support and continuously improve the functionality, efficiency and ultimately the adoption levels of our global Workday HCM platform, along with other critical HRIS tools.

The Senior Workday Analyst will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service experience for our stakeholders by managing requests for changes in configuration, managing annual releases and maintenance, creating and updating reports and scoping and executing roadmap items across our expanding environment.

The candidate will have proven experience in Workday environments. Candidate will also have a track record of successful problem solving, a systems mindset that can diagnose complex business challenges and the desire to work in fast-paced environments.


  • Serve as a first point of contact and subject matter expert for business users to expand their Workday knowledge.
  • Manage the Workday Request Ticket System from EAAA-based client groups for the Workday environment
  • Troubleshoot business process gaps and propose solutions that streamline the flow of information across the company
  • Create and update reports that bring HCM data to life for the business users
  • Integrate with global partners to ensure system alignment and adoption
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather business requirements and translate those requirements into well architected Workday solutions that best leverages the platform
  • Plan, design, configure/develop, deploy, test, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday business processes and solutions in the following functional areas: HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Absence, Learning, Integrations and more to come
  • Manage and configure Workday security and permissions
  • Support the implementation teams on future functional areas (Learning, Advanced Compensation, Talent etc.)
  • Lead and Manage Workday annual releases including enabling relevant desired new features and testing and updating as needed
  • Create and maintain documentation on business processes, configuration, and other resources as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years of HRIS/HCM support and implementation experience in Workday
  • Broad-based Workday admin experience preferred
  • Workday reporting experience preferred
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to work with internal customers directly to resolve issues
  • Problem-solving focus, that centers around users experience and efficiency
  • Experience with global projects and programs
  • Experience creating and optimizing process flows across multiple functions


Bachelor’s Degree
